Our mission is to deliver every order safely, accurately, and within the estimated timeframe while keeping our customers informed throughout the shipping process. Shipping policies help establish clear expectations and reduce uncertainty before and after purchase.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Orders are verified before dispatch to help prevent fraud and shipping errors.
- During promotional periods or seasonal demand, processing may require additional time.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent automatically.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after processing has been completed.

3. Shipping Partners
We work with carefully selected international logistics providers and local courier networks to ensure efficient final delivery.
The carrier assigned to your shipment may vary depending on destination, package size, and warehouse availability.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Whenever available, promotional free shipping campaigns will automatically apply if the order qualifies.
No hidden shipping fees will be added after checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Every shipped order includes tracking.
Tracking information becomes active within approximately 24–72 hours after dispatch.
Customers can monitor delivery progress using the tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Sarivue cannot guarantee successful delivery if incorrect information has been entered during checkout.
If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, our support team will make every reasonable effort to assist with address corrections.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections or import charges depending on local regulations.
Any customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes required by the destination country remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. Delayed Shipments
Occasionally deliveries may take longer than estimated due to:
- Severe weather
- Customs inspections
- Transportation disruptions
- High seasonal shipping volumes
- Carrier operational issues
Whenever possible, our support team will assist customers in obtaining updated shipping information.
9. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates no movement for an unusually extended period, please contact our customer support team.
An investigation with the shipping carrier will be initiated.
If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund will be provided according to the circumstances.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Photograph the parcel before opening.
- Photograph the contents immediately after opening.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
This documentation allows us to work efficiently with our logistics partners.
11. Returned Shipments
Packages may be returned to our logistics facilities for reasons including:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.
12. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing several products may occasionally be shipped separately to reduce delivery delays or due to inventory availability.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.
